Helpful Information About Our Facility and Courses

Training Facility

Classes are conducted in the fully equipped Training Center located at Hitachi-CTA Headquarters in in Norcross, Georgia:

Books and Supplies

Each student will be provided a printed or electronic copy of the required technical documentation for each course. In addition, all class supplies required for training will be provided.

Classroom Hours

• Class hours are from 8:00AM till 4:00PM (EST)
• Lunch break is one hour
• Other breaks may be given as needed

Dress Code

Our dress code is business casual and we request that no one wear shorts, tank tops, printed T-shirts or sandals. Due to the air conditioning in the labs, the temperature may be uncomfortably cool; please dress accordingly.

Student Evaluations

Upon completion of the course the student is required to complete an evaluation of training form to present any suggestions or comments about the course, instructor, and facilities.
